 These are some pics of some really super cute, super hot press on nails that I was rocking recently! They look so cool, wear for so long and they are passable as real acrylics too! Just a random drugstore brand that I found while rummaging through a beauty supply store. Tell me if you like!

FOTD: Family Outing

      Hola mis amigas! lol I'm super hyper because this will be my first post in months, although I've tried several times to post, my laptop and internet connection was such a hassle that I got discouraged!


     Anyway, I digress; I've had a wonderful and extremely stressful semester at college this spring but it was worth it. I got an on campus job as a library tech which tired and drained me out, but I also got back into Spanish!! My Spanish teacher loved me and I was the top student in the entire class of 35 students!! Being in Spanish class really awakened a love for this language and learning how to manipulate vocabulary to have a well flowing conversation. I even like to watch the Boomerang channel, because they play a lot of spanish shows on there and I try to interpret conversations and figure out the general gist of a discussion.

     Okay guys, this will not be an in dept makeup look, but you can still get the point. It's some photos from a dinner outing with my mummy and sister. We went to one of our favourite Sushi places, Seafront Sushi. It's really great food, sushi and regular items, plus you can order take-out as well as dine-in! NTOD: Way 2 Grey

I did this easy nail-scape on Thursday in about 30 mins. It was the quickest I've ever done my nails! It was a total accident mixing the black and white np together to get a grey np! But thankfully, it worked out and was incredibly smooth as well.

Lina Super Dry Top Coat

How to:

1. Pro Nail Systems Nail Hardener
2. to get a grey Nail Polish: Mix: La Girls French Manicure Sheer White; Kleancolor nail-to-toe 902 black; Santee nail lacquer m32 white. You can add as much white np or as much black np as you want to get the desired colour that you prefer.
3. to get a checkered criss-cross design: paint diagonal lines of black np and then white np, in opposite directions.
4. Dots: L.A. Girls black light Disco brites NL 84 Rock n Roll

NOTD: Neon Blue by Kleancolor

This colour is so beautiful and electric, yet not overpowering. It applies fairly smoothly, even better with a few drops of nail polish thinner! It has a long wear and is very eye-catching, so expect lots of compliments, lol.

Hola beauty buffs! I know I took a long while to hit you with another post. :( 

Please forgive me as I was sidetracked with job-hunting, and just life in general.

I rocked this sophisticated, refined, yet fun look for a few weeks. For a twist, I switched up the nail decals, added pink polish onto the flowers, and green polish as leaves. The kit that I used was a Sally Hansen Manicure kit which included nail guides, a clear hardener/growth serum, a white tip pen, and a sheer natural polish. This was the only colour that was available at the time that I bought it. However; this product does come in an array of colour selections, so if you prefer the more traditional pink-mani,  sheer pink-mani, or pearl-toned mani; whatever floats your boat, there is a kit that should suit your personal style.

What I used:

• Sallly Hansen Manicure Kit; Sheer Natural
• LA Girls flower Nail Decals
• Pro Nail Systems; hardener (to give a more pink look)
• a silver/diamond clover ring
