Let Me Introduce Myself; My Name Is . . .

Hey guys, this entry is for a giveaway that Ketmany of Anything & Everything's Giveaway is holding. She wants me to give some info about myself, so that's why I'm doing this. And it's actually good that she asked me to do this because aside from my profile, which I doubt people read anyway, I've not formally introduced myself to you guys, my followers, or least perhaps I haven't posted a blog that's solely focused on me and life rather than makeup.

Hey Ketmany, Here's my picture and my name is Krystia! This is a 'tropical' look that I did which I just love. It's very vibrant and has personality. Just a fresh, clean face and I let the eye makeup speak for itself, it really makes the face and eyes pop. Also, this look features my new natural, curly hairstyle after I cut off about 5-6 inches. I got tired of half of my hair being straight from perms, and then the new growth being so thick, so I clipped mostly all of the 'straight/permed' hair off. What do you think about it? I've received a lot of compliments on it about the shape and style. I guess I was lucky that it didn't come out looking like a hot mess!*_*! lol I live in Nassau, Bahamas with my mummy and 3 sisters, Krystal [my twin], Brittanie, and Brooklyn. My grandmother recently passed away in February, which was her birth month. She was 81 yrs. old, and suffered several strokes, falls and ailments, all of which made her health fail and the last year or two of her beautiful and vibrant life deteriate. My grammy was a 'go getter', so I'm thankful that her suffering is over and that she is able to reunite with her loved ones in heaven, and lead an everlastingly peaceful life. I've always been close to my family and I hold them very near and dear to my heart. When push comes to shove we always have each other's backs. And they offer some good advice and encouraging words, even when you'd rather not hear them. As far as me, finding this makeup world on blogger and YouTube has been a lifesaver, since I stopped going to school and have yet to find a job in this economy. Even foreign countries outside of Northern America are hurting from this recession. Anyway, I just seem to find such peace and happiness from contributing to this world, and I am continually encouraged whenever I log on and find new subcribers or followers, or comments on my blog!*_*! I didn't mean to sound that corny, but whenever I get into my 'writer' mode I can't really help myself, ya see! lol I suppose that I sould say "thanks" to Ketmany, since the requirements of her giveaway stimulated a small summary of myself, cool beans. Somehow I feel as though I gave a little bit more than she needed, but whatevs! Latas all*_*, KrystiaK
